Chart Your Cycle Engaged

Chart Your Cycle Engaged (CYCE) is an online coaching and implementation program to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to chart your menstrual cycle for women's health evaluation, infertility assessment, and family planning. It is a simple method approach primarily using cervical mucus, but can also couple easily with incorporating basal body temperature and hormone testing strips.

• CYCE is an entirely digital program.

• CYCE includes a subscription to ChartNeo, an intuitive app and online platform that will transform the way you interact with your charting data so you can interpret your chart with confidence. 

• CYCE offers a perfectly-paced introduction to charting basics with on-demand viewing of each learning module, which include The Charting Habit, Female Reproductive Anatomy and Physiology, Micro-Habits, Temping Made Easy, Interpreting the Data, and an Introduction to Catholic Marriage.

• To fulfill the Bismarck Diocese NFP requirement, couples will need to complete the entire Chart Your Cycle Engaged program and participate in at least 3 group coaching calls. Deb Martinek is a Bismarck Diocese resident and one of the Chart Your Cycle Engaged charting instructors/coaches.

• The cost is $195 for the pre-marriage fertility awareness package (which includes 3 months of access to the on-demand program modules, a year’s access to the ChartNeo app, and 3 group coaching calls).

(OPTIONAL) You can attend our Introduction to Natural Family Planning presentation for $25, which provides an overview of our approach and a birds-eye view of why the Church recommends the use of NFP/FA in marriages. These hour-long presentations are given on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. CT.
