The Couple to Couple League (CCL) teaches a “Sympto-Thermal Method” (STM) of Natural Family Planning (NFP). The STM utilizes observations similar to the major mucus-only methods, but combines it with a temperature sign.
Classes are taught by a Certified Teaching Couple who has gone through extensive training to become certified to teach the method. All CCL Teaching Couples are volunteers who teach NFP only because they love to see people’s lives changed through its use – not for any payment or monetary benefit.- Classes will include the science behind fertility and Natural Family Planning, the basis of the Sympto-Thermal Method, application of the method in real-life, discussion on human sexuality and theology, and the personal experience of the Teaching Couple in practicing NFP.
- Couples are able to use the PeakDay App to track the cycle.
- Classes meet three times, each a month apart
- The cost is $170 total.

The Bismarck Diocese does NOT accept SELF-PACED CCL classes or LIVE ONLINE CCL classes to fulfill the requirement for NFP, unless they are taught by an approved diocesan teacher. Please do NOT register for these types of classes.

Mi esposo y yo practicamos PNF porque atreves de este método hemos aprendido el valor de la intimidad y respetando nuestra dignidad como hijos de Dios, como pareja somos uno solo y vamos a cuidar el uno del otro. PNF me ha preparado como mamá para educar a mis cuatro hijas sobre su cuerpo y que Dios nos a diseñado de una manera perfecta que no necesitamos otros métodos que pueden perjudicar nuestra salud física y espiritual. Yo quiero enseñar PNF a las parejas que se preparan para el matrimonio y aprendan que nuestro cuerpo es un regalo de Dios.
