October 15th is recognized as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, a time to honor and pray for all babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant death and other causes. Please join us for a Remembrance Mass for Infant Loss and Miscarriage, celebrated by Bishop Kagan at 5:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, October 15th at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit.

The public is invited to attend the Bismarck Diocese’s annual White Mass, which will be held on Monday, Oct. 26 at 5:30 p.m. at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck. The special Mass honors physicians and those involved in the medical field.

The Ordination to the Diaconate of Pete Dobitz and Marty Wahus will be at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit on Friday, October 30 at 2 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

There will be a silent retreat open to the women of all parishes hosted by the Troops of St. George on Friday, October 30, 4:30-10 p.m. and Saturday, October 31, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Bismarck. There will be the opportunity for communal and individual prayer, as well as opportunities for adoration, confession, spiritual direction and conferences given by Fr. Gregory Crane. Bishop Kagan will celebrate the Mass for Deceased Bishops, Priests and Deacons at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit at 11 a.m.

All are invited to a special presentation on the Shroud of Turin that has captivated scientists, historians, and believers alike, standing as one of the most studied and debated artifacts in human history. Acclaimed speaker and retired educator Jim Bertrand, M.Ed., will bring his internationally acclaimed lecture to the Pro-Cathedral of St. Mary in Bismarck on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public, offering community members a rare chance to examine the mysteries of the Shroud up close.

Dr. Christina Kostelecky will be hosting an introductory session Monday, November 30th, beginning at 6:30 p.m. MT (7:30 p.m. CT), followed by two individual sessions with dates TBD.
