Diocesan Offices Closed August 14

Diocesan offices will be closed on Friday, Aug. 14 in observance of the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (August 15). According to the USCCB guidelines, because this solemnity lands on a Saturday, the obligation to attend Mass for this specific feast is abrogated in the United States.
